The Pastoral Care Ministry

The Pastoral Care Ministry provides many services. Homebound parishioners are visited every Sunday with the Eucharist. The hospitalized parishioners are visited each week by a Pastoral care minister and a priest, and followed up with phone calls and visits upon discharge. Bereaved family members are contacted and offered reading materials and a visit by a priest of a pastoral care minister.

Pastoral Visitors

Teams of one or two persons visit St. Vincent's and Bridgeport Hospital one day each week. It is a friendly visit assuring the patients that they are being remembered at St. Catherine of Siena in thought and prayer.
